This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! I loved the elegant design and the mezzanine added a unique touch. The flat-screen TV in every unit was perfect for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchenette had everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. The private bathroom with a shower in each unit was clean and convenient. I enjoyed the tile/marble floor, it added a touch of luxury to the apartment. Having a radio in every unit was a nice bonus, I could listen to my favorite music while getting ready for the day. The rooms at Apartamenty Brzozowa - Centrum were comfortable and cozy, making me feel right at home. The toaster in the apartment came in handy for breakfast in the mornings. I appreciated the tea/coffee maker, it made my mornings so much easier.

Personally, I found the radio to be unnecessary as I didn't use it during my stay.

Enjoyed every moment there. I had a great stay, with location so close to the station. Everything was simply great! Staff was amicable and nice, tried to answer all questions. It had a marvellous and good setting close to the centrum of Zakopane, the centre and bus station and the mountains.

Great Location & Friendly Staff

The hotel's location was excellent, situated near the main train and bus stations, making it convenient for transportation. Additionally, it was within easy walking distance to the main pedestrian street and supermarkets. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

One drawback of the hotel was the absence of a balcony or outside space, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom's extractor fan was quite noisy and remained on all the time, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

Convenient location close to popular Krupówki Street and the center of Zakopane. Easy access to public transport and tourist information office. Well-equipped apartments with flat-screen TVs, kitchenettes, and private bathrooms. Enjoyable activities such as skiing and hiking in the surrounding area. Free WiFi available throughout the property.

Poor sound isolation.

We had a comfortable stay in Zakopane close to Zakopane, the local buses, and the centrum of Zakopane. It was unbeatable next to bus station.

We had a great value for our money with a spacious and new apartment that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bus station, grocery store, and town center. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made our check-in process smooth.

The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

Inadequate lighting in the bathroom.

The location is absolutely perfect, close to hiking, the bus station, ski rental place, and many shops in the center of Zakopane. The room was fashionable and the shared bathroom had a bath. It's just 200 meters away from Bar Semafor.

The apartment had a fridge, which was great for storing my wine and cheese collection. The location was convenient for catching public transport and getting tourist information.

The dining area was missing a chandelier to complete its "fancy restaurant" aesthetic. So disappointing.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of privacy due to the large windows on the ground floor.

We had a fantastic stay at a clean and warm apartment in a great location. the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette made it easy to prepare our own meals. the apartment was conveniently located next to the bus station, perfect for our hiking adventures, and within walking distance of Krupowki street. We also appreciated the helpful and accommodating receptionist who made getting our keys a breeze. Highly recommended!
